Im gonna do some late 5-6 hour fishing there and I do not own a boat and I am going to be using my saltwater rod with maybee a plastic worm or something in that area. Please tell me if it’s as good as they say and please tell me what is recomended for fishing there.

We obtained a used boat with the fishfinder included. It is a Hummingbird LCR4000 and I know nothing about it. My husband wants to know about the sensor. I think he is wanting to know if it senses the front, rear, 360 degrees, or what???? Please help. Thanks, Dawn

The Clear Lake area’s top fishermen are getting ready to cast their lures into the water to a close tournament when the Toyota Texas Bass Classic, a Professional Anglers Association- sanctioned event, returns to Lake Conroe Oct. 1—3. The competition benefits Texas Parks & Wildlife Department efforts to introduce young people and urban families to fishing and the outdoors.
